YPAR coordinates interagency collaboration and cooperation in Dublin North Inner City (NIC) to enable projects and agencies provide better supports and services to children and young people at risk living in the area. The aim is to work with the young people and their families to provide the best possible outcomes and opportunities for a prosperous and happy life.

Young people enjoy the activities at the YPAR/YEPP 2008 Conference in Dublin Torch of Hope Monument in memory of all the people of the North East Inner City who have died due to addiction, poverty and deprivation.
